How much does this cost?

Our pricing structure is simple:
Service fee + cost of ingredients = total weekly price

Service fees start at $400/week and include menu planning, correspondence, shopping, transportation*, cooking, and cleaning for each week. Contact us to learn more about pricing!

*extra transportation fee may be added to the cost of service if your home is more than 10 miles from your chef’s home

What type of diets can you accommodate?

We can accommodate many different ways of eating, and your menus are tailored to your health goals and dietary needs. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, but we emphasize whole foods and high quality ingredients to ensure you are getting the most nutritious food possible. What kind of ingredients do you use?

We are proud to cook with 100% organic (and often beyond organic) produce, grains, and legumes, sourced from local farms whenever possible. Additionally, we prefer traditionally prepared ingredients such as nixtamalized corn, fermented soy, and sprouted grains to make them more digestible and nutritious for you.

But it doesn’t stop there! Here are some other ingredients we love to cook with:

  • wild-caught, grass-fed & pasture-raised seafood, meats, dairy, and eggs

  • un-refined mineral salt & non-irradiated spices

  • un-refined olive & avocado oil, grass-fed butter & ghee, and rendered animal fats

  • fermented foods
