Our Process

After you fill out our online questionnaire, we’ll schedule an intake session where you’ll meet your chef and discuss food preferences, dietary needs, and kitchen equipment. At this time, we will also decide on a meal plan that suits your lifestyle and goals.

Your chef will create a personalized menu each week based on your needs and preferences, which may include main entrees, breakfasts, snacks, and desserts. All meals are designed to be highly nutritious, balanced, and seasonally focused.

On your cook day, your chef will shop at local markets and grocery stores, selecting organic, non-GMO, and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible to ensure the highest quality. After preparing all of your meals in the comfort of your home, your chef will package them in glass containers, label everything, and thoroughly clean your kitchen using non-toxic products. Your refrigerator and pantry will also be organized, so you’ll return to a clean, happy kitchen and a week’s worth of delicious meals!
